Quaker Families Together Days are organised and facilitated by Julia Stacey, London Children and Youth Development Worker. These days are opportunities for families from across London to come together and share their experiences, gifts, needs and ideas. Through a day filled with fun activities and conversation, we get to know each other better and explore how families engage with Quaker faith and practice.

A onetime form that covers all Quaker Family Together days. Once filled in you don’t need to repeat this form (besides the current page) for the next event unless something changes.
Shared Lunch Contribution
If you are able to bring something for the shared lunch it would be greatly appreciated, but it is not at all necessary. If you can bring something, please share what you think you will bring, to help us plan what else to bring. While not a strictly plant based event, we focus on sharing vegetarian and vegan food. Please be mindful of common allergens, and if there are any significant dietary restrictions we will alert you.

4) Participant needs
This helps us plan for or be aware of any needs participants may have and how this might affect the support we provide and our facilitation at the event.

Please outline any medical needs you and your family have. Parents/carers retain responsibility for their child’s health and wellbeing throughout the event, but having a heads up on any needs will help us plan the event.

5) Data protection
Use of data
In accordance with Data Protection, permission must be granted by the parent/guardians or participant (if over 18) before any images may be taken and used, and for how the personal data can be used. Britain Yearly Meeting uses images of Quakers to attract new members. Good images also encourage people to take part in our activities. We need you to indicate whether you give your consent for images of the participant to be used in printed materials and on our website, social media channels and for 11-18’s in videos. We will not identify them by name or local meeting. Some materials may be created with partnership organisations.

6) Event Consents
I understand a parent/carer must be on site throughout this event and are responsible for their child(ren)'s safety and wellbeing. * REQUIRED
A parent/carer must remain on site and will be responsible for their child(ren)’s safety and wellbeing for the whole event. This is a family event so full family participation is expected. Adults will have an important role to play (and shall be entertained and fed just as well as the children!)
